Although we can help you find one in your area, Public Fleet Advocates does not require you to visit specific shops.2. Inform The Shop You’re A PFA MemberAsk the repair facility to submit the estimate, diagnostic findings, and supporting information directly to Public Fleet Advocates.3. We Review The FindingsWe review the estimate, diagnostic process, labor recommendations, parts pricing, and supporting information using real-world fleet repair oversight principles and decades of industry experience. We also compare labor times and repair recommendations against commonly accepted industry standards and repair practices to help ensure the recommendations align with commonly accepted repair procedures.4. We Communicate With The FacilityIf additional clarification or diagnostics are needed, we work directly with the repair facility to better understand the concern, recommendations, labor requirements, and supporting information.5. We Help You Make An Informed DecisionToday's vehicles are extremely complicated. We provide guidance to you, comprehensive diagnostic explanation about the findings and repair needed, and recommendations so you can confidently decide if, and how to proceed with the repair.

1. Customer Brings Vehicle To Your FacilityThe customer chooses your repair facility directly. Although, if help locating a shop was requested, we could have sent them to you.2. You Submit Findings To PFASubmit estimates, diagnostics, photos, supporting information, and recommendations directly to Public Fleet Advocates.3. We Review And CommunicateWe work directly with your facility to review recommendations, discuss findings if needed, and help communicate the repair process clearly to the customer.4. The Customer Makes An Informed DecisionCustomers receive structured guidance and explanation, helping improve confidence in the repair process and reduce approval hesitation.
